WAIVER OF LIABILITY

Dancing is a physical sport and any physical activity has the potential for injury. Such injury can be to yourself, or to others.

The Legends Rock and Roll and Community Club Inc. cannot be held responsible for any injuries members either

(i) receive himself or herself or

(ii) inflict on others

By you completing and submitting or signing the membership form is:

1. To acknowledge the potential for injury to yourself and/or others.


2. To acknowledge your understanding of this waiver of liability by The Legends Rock and Roll and Community Club Inc.


3. To acknowledge that you also understand that The Legends Rock and Roll and Community Club Inc. Committee reserve the right to refuse membership to any individual.

LIFTS, DROPS, SLIDES OR THROWS ARE NOT PERMITTED AT CLUB EVENTS.

Legends Rock and Roll and Community Club Membership Details.

New memberships dues will be $30 per person.

Membership cards will only be issued for new members.

Existing members can continue to use their current membership card.

Invoices will be sent out via email, or for those who do not have an email account, your invoice can be collected when you attend one of our club nights.

Once you have received your invoice you can renew by either of the following options:

Return the invoice, ensuring all details correct, and hand in to Patricia with cash payment in an envelope when you attend one of our club nights.

If you do not attend club nights and do not have access to internet then you can SMS Patricia on 0418 851 420 to renew and forward payment using direct funds transfer.
